A Different Kind of Workplace

Early Start – Home for Dinner:

An early start, free from interruptions, sets us on a course for a productive day. Our day is structured this way because we also believe that one of the best things family and friends can do is eat dinner together. While this may not be the case all the time, it is our goal to be home by dinner everyday.

No Timesheets:

All of our engagements are fixed price and we do not have any timesheets. It is our job to drive strategy that helps our clients scale their businesses. Our success or failure is based on actual results, not the amount of time we spent on an idea. Instead of tracking in 15 minute increments what you did, instead use the time to work to solve a new business problem.

An Agile Environment:

Whiteboards, open spaces, and frequent collaboration…we are built for rapid and efficient communication. We are located in the Cambridge Innovation Center in Kendall Square which we feel is a very exciting place to come to work as we enjoy some of the best facilities around.
